Yes to both. On Pro, invite managers, site supervisors and office staff with their own logins, and tick what each person can see and do; supervisors only see the sites you give them. Free is the owner alone. One login can also belong to several businesses, your own and ones you've been added to, and switch between them from the dashboard. Each keeps its own plan and records.

No. The phone's location is read only while the clock screen is open, and it is saved only when someone taps Clock in or Clock out. Nothing runs in the background. If you set a boundary around a site or office, a clock-in from outside it is refused; clock-out always works.

Only what you send it, when someone on a Pro plan taps Ask AI on a site. It gets that site's income and cost figures, your other sites' combined totals for comparison, and the material and vendor names on its bills. Never worker names or phone numbers. It is sent to Groq, the AI service we use, and comes back as up to three suggestions for the day. Every amount in them is checked against your own records.
